Bank Debt Deal of the Year!
Marinemoney has elected Ship Finance International Limited’s giant transaction of USD 725,000,000 to the international Bank Debt Deal of the Year for 2010.
The loan agreement covers more than 25 ships registered in various flag states, more than 30 companies, a complex system of agreements and a larger syndicate of international banks. SIMONSEN, with Peter Aall Simonsen and Hanne Nyheim McNutt leading the team, assisted the agent (Nordea Bank Norge ASA) with drawing up the documents and co-ordination the work.
