Internal Market

Our lawyers regularly provide advice to state bodies, companies and trade associations in relation to internal market issues (the rights of free movement of goods, services, persons and capital under the EEA Agreement).

Public Procurement

We regularly assist both public and private clients in public procurement issues and work closely with TMT, Oil, Gas, Shipping and Offshore groups on major projects. We have also developed expertise in the Defence industries.

State Aid

We have wide expertise of State Aid issues including various public support measures including tax exemptions, loans on preferential terms, state guarantees and investments in share capital made by the authorities on preferential. We also advise both public authorities and private businesses on the compatibility of support measures with the EEA-Agreement.
