State Aid
State aid may consist of various public support measures, such as tax exemptions, loans on preferential terms, state guarantees and investments in share capital made by the authorities on terms that would not be acceptable to a private investor. SIMONSEN provides advice both to public authorities and private businesses on the compatibility of support measures with the EEA-Agreement.
